The PTL Logistics Executive is responsible for managing part truck load shipments, coordinating with transporters and warehouses, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries, and maintaining accurate documentation and tracking of consignments.

Plan and execute PTL shipments based on daily requirements

Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and drivers for vehicle placement

Ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments

Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients

Handle LR (Lorry Receipt), POD (Proof of Delivery), and billing documentation

Monitor transit delays and take corrective actions

Communicate with warehouse teams for loading/unloading activities

Resolve issues like shortage, damage, or misrouting

Maintain records of shipments, invoices, and claims

Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics standards

Good knowledge of PTL operations and routing

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and logistics software

Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred)
