Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and relationship-driven Community Manager to build and nurture a high-value professional community while delivering an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in community management, relationship management, customer success, stakeholder engagement, consulting, or business networking, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
This role is responsible for driving member engagement, building meaningful relationships with entrepreneurs and business leaders, facilitating community interactions, ensuring member retention, and collaborating with internal teams to create a vibrant and valuable professional ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, and senior professionals.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate community meetings, networking sessions, and engagement initiatives.
- Understand members' business goals, challenges, and priorities to create meaningful connections.
- Drive member engagement by encouraging active participation and fostering valuable business relationships.
- Monitor member satisfaction and proactively address concerns to improve the overall community experience.
- Collaborate with internal leadership teams to execute community initiatives and maintain high operational standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of community programs and events.
- Identify and introduce relevant speakers, thought leaders, and industry experts to enrich community interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of member engagement, feedback, and community performance.
- Prepare regular reports on engagement, retention, and overall community health.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Community Management, Relationship Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Consulting, or Stakeholder Management.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior professionals, entrepreneurs, and CXO-level leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and execution capabilities.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
