About the Role
Elite Ayurveda is seeking a compassionate, confident, and results-driven Senior Patient Counsellor to guide patients through our structured chronic care and recovery programs.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding patient concerns, explaining treatment plans, addressing objections, and helping patients make informed decisions regarding enrollment into suitable recovery programs.
This is a clinic-based role focused on patient counselling and program enrollment. No field sales, hospital marketing, doctor liaison, or external business development activities are involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective patients through phone calls, WhatsApp, video consultations, and in-person interactions.
- Understand patient history, concerns, expectations, and treatment goals.
- Clearly explain treatment protocols, program structure, expected timelines, and associated costs.
- Guide patients toward the most suitable recovery program based on clinical recommendations.
- Address patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective patients and maintain lead pipelines.
- Coordinate closely with doctors and clinical teams for patient onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and enrollment status.
- Support patient retention and continuity across treatment phases.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
Candidate RequirementsEssential
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, counselling, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to confidently handle patient consultations and enrollment discussions.
- Professional, empathetic, and patient-centric approach.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, CRM systems, and video consultation platforms.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in:

Ideal Backgrounds
Candidates with experience in chronic disease programs, wellness clinics, specialty healthcare services, fertility centres, cosmetic clinics, medical tourism, high-value healthcare counselling, or patient coordination will be given preference.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
