- Provide day-to-day support to clients using our software
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
- Assist in data validation, report generation, and issue tracking
- Handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp support professionally
- Support implementation activities and user training
- Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions
