The candidate will be responsible for handling schedules, client coordination, reporting, follow-ups, and administrative support in the real estate domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate with clients, sales teams, and management
- Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups professionally
- Maintain reports, records, and documentation
- Schedule site visits and client meetings
- Assist in preparing presentations and MIS reports
- Support daily office operations and coordination
- Handle CRM updates and data management
- Coordinate billing, invoices, and basic accounts-related tasks
- Ensure timely communication between departments
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-4 years of experience as Executive Assistant
- Fluent English speaking
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic accounts knowledge
- CRM handling knowledge
- Professional and presentable personality
- Time-management and organizational skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
