Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cost Controller to join our Finance & Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, compliance, cash flow management, and business performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting, MIS reporting, and month-end closing activities.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Monitor costs, expenditures, and working capital.
- Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Support cash flow planning and treasury activities.
- Provide financial insights and business performance analysis.
- Work with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Controllership.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, audit coordination, and financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, and compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience.
- CA / CMA / ICWA preferred.
- MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com with relevant experience may also apply.
