ABOUT THE ROLE
Hitech Control Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and
detail-oriented Proposal Executive (Fresher) to join us
growing Automation team.
The selected candidate will be involved in preparing
techno-commercial proposals, quotations, tender documents,
and coordination activities for industrial automation and
electrical projects.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are eager to
build their career in Industrial Automation, Proposal
Engineering, and Project Estimation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and support techno-commercial quotations
and proposals.
- Study customer inquiries, RFQs, technical
specifications, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical,
costing, and commercial inputs.
- Prepare BOMs, compliance sheets, and proposal
documentation.
- Follow up with vendors for pricing and technical details.
- Maintain proposal records and documentation properly
REQUIRED SKILL
Basic knowledge of Industrial Automation Systems
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer tools.
Ability to understand technical specifications
and engineering drawings.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
ELIGIBILITY
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in/B.sc
- Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Electronics & Communication
- Automation Engineering

PREFERRED PROFILE
- Candidates with internship/project exposure in
automation or electrical systems will be preferred.
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
