Job Role:
1) Achieving the specified targets & increasing the market share
2) Independently managing & increasing the business for the region and develop new business opportunities in view to maximize sales in allocated regions
3) To formulate and implement weekly sales plan and build relationships with customers and business partners
4) To generate leads through personal visits, internet, telephone, promotional activities
5) Set up meetings with customers and understand the need, discuss potential leads with manager and seek inputs to qualify the lead
6) Selection & sizing of the product offerings to the customer
7) Prepare a sales quote and discussing same with the customer and handling customer queries; 8) Update sales quotes and seek guidance on deal closure
9) Techno-commercial discussions & negotiations with customer till order stage etc.
10) To liaise with other departmental function like manufacturing, engineering, projects, purchase, commercial etc to ensure effective customer communication
11) Follow up on pending receivables & C forms
12) Gather understanding of competitor, market and industry trends in the territory in order to stay competitive in the market.
13) Vendor registration with EPC, PMC, Customers etc.
14) Presentation Skills.
