MIS Executive (AI Tools)
Location: Mowa, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy MIS Executive with hands-on experience in MS Excel and AI productivity tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining data accuracy, generating MIS reports, and leveraging AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Excel.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain updated records.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms to improve reporting, documentation, and productivity.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using AI wherever applicable.
- Generate business insights and support management with analytical reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate data.
- Maintain confidential business information and ensure data integrity.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an MIS Executive, Data Executive, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, Charts, Data Validation).
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in preparing management reports and dashboards.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of data analysis and business reporting.
- Ability to learn and adopt new AI tools and technologies quickly.
