Hardware Engineer:
1. Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.
2. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
3. Ensure data integrity and manage user backup
4. Implement and manage network security measures.
Desktop Support:
1. Provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.
2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
3. Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software resources.
4. Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and document solutions.
5. O365 outlook email configuration and troubleshooting.
Network Support:
1. Manage and support LAN/WAN networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
2. Monitor network performance and optimize as needed.
3. Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot VPN client connectivity (Cisco AnyConnect, GlobalProtect, OpenVPN, or similar).
4. Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, Inter-VLAN Routing, and Trunking.
5. Knowledge about firewall and endpoint security.
User Management:
1. Create and manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
2. Provide support for end-users on IT-related tools and processes.
IT Asset:
1. Maintain records of IT assets and ensure proper lifecycle management.
2. Assist in the procurement of IT
