Job Summary
We are looking for a Merchandiser to manage client coordination, order execution, and product development in the jewellery export business. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client communication for orders, queries, and updates
- Coordinate with design, CAD, and production teams for order execution
- Manage product development and sampling process
- Track order status from confirmation to dispatch
- Ensure timelines, quality standards, and client requirements are met
- Prepare reports (MIS), order sheets, and follow-ups
- Resolve client issues and coordinate internally for solutions
Required Skills
- Good understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel / reporting
