Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Techno-Functional Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll applications. The role involves application support, system configuration, troubleshooting, release management, data governance, testing, and collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver efficient HR technology solutions, primarily for US and Canada Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll applications.
Troubleshoot functional issues and resolve Payroll setup and data-related problems.
Manage releases, upgrades, and system enhancements.
Configure Oracle Fusion Payroll based on business requirements.
Analyze the impact of configuration changes across HR systems and integrations.
Support data imports, extracts, reporting, and governance activities.
Execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Develop and maintain reports, queries, and system documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams for issue resolution.
Create user documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
6+ years of HR Technology/Application Support experience.
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll.
Hands-on experience with US Payroll, US Taxation, and US Legislation.
Knowledge of HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, SQL, Workflows, Eligibility Profiles, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher.
Experience in business process analysis, solution design, and application configuration.
Good understanding of Oracle HCM integrations and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have:
Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Core HR, ORC, Talent Management, Compensation, and Learning modules.
Knowledge of BPM Worklist and integration frameworks.
Project management experience.
Experience working with release management and change management processes.
Continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
