We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform ideas into engaging, high-performing content across social media and YouTube. If you're passionate about storytelling, editing trends, and creating videos that capture attention, we'd love to have you on our team.
- Video Editing: Edit engaging videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, podcasts, and promotional campaigns.
- Content Repurposing: Edit long-form podcasts into compelling short-form content.
- Thumbnail & Graphic Design: Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails.
- Storytelling & Retention: Ensure strong storytelling, pacing, audience retention, and visual consistency.
- Post-Production Effects: Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, sound design, and effects where required.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create high-performing creatives.
- Trend Awareness & Delivery: Stay updated with the latest editing trends and platform best practices, delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 1–2 years of professional video editing experience.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio is mandatory.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Format Expertise: Experience editing YouTube videos, podcasts, reels, shorts, and promotional content.
- Design & Storytelling: Ability to create engaging YouTube thumbnails and a solid understanding of storytelling, hooks, audience retention, and editing flow.
- Language Skills: Good communication skills in Telugu & English (other languages are a plus).
Good to Have:
- Graphic designing skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, etc.)
- AI tools knowledge for video and image generation
- Motion graphics and basic animation
- Basic color grading and audio enhancement
