Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) with a strong focus on calling the leads generated by the team and converting them.
You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating sales opportunities, and supporting business growth across corporate and retail segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 60-80 outbound calls daily to generate leads
- Pitch products to:
- Corporate clients (gifting)
- Retail stores / cafés
- Hotels & restaurants (HoReCa)
- Follow up on inbound leads from website & ads
- Convert leads into business opportunities
- Support closure of ( training and assistance will be provided for the same):
- Corporate gifting orders
- Bulk / institutional sales
- Private label enquiries
- Maintain daily call reports and follow-ups
Requirements
Must Have:
- 6 months – 3 years experience in telesales / inside sales
- Comfortable with daily calling targets & rejection handling
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Basic English & Hindi speaking ability
Good to Have:
- Experience in FMCG / startups
- Familiarity with LinkedIn / WhatsApp / email outreach
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
- Incentives: You will receive an incentive for each sale
- High performance-based incentives (no upper cap)

Work Timings
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM OR 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
