Quisitive is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 FSCM Architect to lead enterprise transformation initiatives for clients in the US, Canada and APAC region.
This role is ideal for a strategic consultant who combines deep business process knowledge with strong solution architecture expertise. You will work directly with business leaders and executive stakeholders to design scalable, future-ready solutions that modernize operations, improve efficiency, and support business growth.
As a trusted advisor, you will guide organizations through complex ERP transformations while partnering with global delivery teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.
- Architect and lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 FSCM solutions that align with clients' business objectives and long-term technology strategies.
- Drive large-scale ERP transformation programs with a focus on manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, warehousing, procurement, finance, and distribution processes.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate solution workshops, and define scalable architectures.
- Lead fit-gap assessments and business process optimization initiatives that maximize the value of Dynamics 365.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing guidance on ERP strategy, digital transformation, and Microsoft solution roadmaps.
- Design integration architectures connecting Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications using Azure services, APIs, middleware, and modern integration patterns.
- Define approaches for data migration, governance, security, compliance, and overall solution quality.
- Lead and mentor consultants, developers, and project teams across multiple countries and delivery centers.
- Support project planning activities, including solution estimation, resource planning, risk management, and delivery oversight.
- Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, AI capabilities, and industry best practices.
- 10+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics solutions, including significant expertise with Dynamics 365 FSCM.
- Proven success leading full-lifecycle enterprise Dynamics 365 implementations from strategy through deployment.
- Deep expertise designing and implementing solutions for manufacturing, industrial products, wholesale distribution, supply chain, and inventory-driven organizations.
- Strong functional knowledge across Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Warehouse Management.
- Experience conducting solution design sessions, fit-gap analysis, business process transformation, and architecture governance.
- Expertise in data migration, data quality, data mapping, and transformation strategies using tools such as Azure Data Factory and KingswaySoft.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, OData, Azure Logic Apps, middleware platforms, and Azure services.
- Strong understanding of security, governance, compliance, and enterprise architecture best practices.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), source control, and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate.
- Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Field Service solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to engage executive stakeholders and influence strategic technology decisions.
- Experience working with global delivery teams and collaborating with North American clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and consulting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- Microsoft certifications such as MB-700, MB-330, MB-310, MB-500, etc.
- Experience leading global, multi-country, or multi-entity Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Consulting experience with Microsoft partners, systems integrators, or enterprise consulting organizations.
- Experience extending Dynamics 365 solutions using Azure services, Power Platform, and modern Microsoft technologies.
- Knowledge of enterprise reporting, analytics, Power BI, and data architecture best practices.
- Influence technology strategy and business outcomes at the executive level.
- Collaborate with a global team of Microsoft experts across Dynamics 365, Azure, Data, Security, and AI practices.
