About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical Marketing Analytics & CRM Strategist with hands-on experience across WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notifications, RCS, Email, IVR, and Paid Media channels.
This is NOT a reporting role.
The ideal candidate should be able to analyze customer data, create audience segments, and decide the right channel, message, and campaign strategy to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute data-driven CRM and customer engagement strategies.
- Create customer segments and lifecycle journeys based on user behavior and business goals.
- Drive campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS, Push, RCS, Email, IVR, and Paid Channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize using CTR, Conversion, CAC, ROI, Retention, and LTV metrics.
- Use SQL extensively for audience creation, targeting, and campaign analysis.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Business teams to improve customer engagement.
Must-Have Skills
✔ Strong hands-on experience with WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notifications, RCS, Email, and IVR campaigns
✔ Strong understanding of when and why to use each channel based on customer data and business objectives
✔ Experience in Customer Segmentation, Lifecycle Marketing, and CRM Strategy
✔ Strong SQL skills (Mandatory)
✔ Experience with CRM tools such as MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, Netcore, or similar
✔ Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
