Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our US Healthcare team as AR Calling Executives. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with insurance companies regarding unpaid claims, claim status, denials, and payment resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to insurance providers for claim follow-up.
- Check claim status and resolve denied or pending claims.
- Maintain accurate documentation of call outcomes and updates.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
- Ensure timely resolution of billing and payment issues.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve claim-related queries.
- Adhere to HIPAA and company policies.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Willingness to work in US shifts/night shifts.
- Good listening and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Pay: ₹11,034.71 - ₹25,000.00 per month
