Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Drive volume growth and market share expansion.
Develop and execute territory sales plans and business strategies.
Identify new growth opportunities
Market Execution
Ensure product availability and visibility across outlets.
Monitor market coverage and route planning for sales teams.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
Team Management
Recruit sales executives if needed.
Set sales targets and KPIs for the team.
Conduct regular market visits and performance reviews.
Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to company policies.
Retail & Trade Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with key retailers.
Negotiate placements, promotions, and visibility opportunities with key outlets
Reporting & Analysis
Analyze sales trends, market data, and territory performance.
Provide recommendations to improve sales and profitability.
Submit accurate and timely MIS reports.
