Business Development Manager (HoReCa)
Job Summary: Drive business growth by acquiring and managing HoReCa clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers, and Cloud Kitchens) while achieving sales targets and building long-termB2B relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new HoReCa clients and manage key accounts.
Achieve sales and revenue targets.
Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and close deals.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of B2B sales/business development experience in HoReCa, FMCG, or Hospitality. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
