Job Description Dispense prescribed medications accurately as per doctor’s prescription.
- Review prescriptions for dosage, interactions, and contraindications.
- Provide medication counseling to patients and caregivers.
- Maintain proper records of narcotic and scheduled drugs as per regulations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines and medical supplies.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
- Check expiry dates and remove expired or damaged medicines from stock.
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding medication-related queries.
- Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and compliance with hospital policies.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory pharmacy guidelines.
- Support inpatient, outpatient, and emergency medication requirements.
- Prepare and submit pharmacy-related reports as required.
RequirementsQualification
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm)
- Valid Pharmacy Council Registration
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy setup preferred
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
