We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical / Maintenance Engineer to manage and oversee maintenance operations in a medium-scale steel plant. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring of all maintenance activities to ensure smooth plant operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate daily work to technicians and maintain daily work reports with proper documentation and approvals.
- Monitor machine performance, record daily meter readings, and prepare monthly analysis reports
- Coordinate with the store department for material indenting, purchasing, and MRR verification
- Arrange and supervise AMC services for equipment like DG sets, chillers, etc.
- Maintain ISO & API documentation related to maintenance activities.
- Monitor DG log sheets and prepare fuel consumption reports.
- Analyze preventive and breakdown maintenance data and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare monthly maintenance costing reports including manpower, consumables, and spare parts.

Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in steel or heavy manufacturing industry preferred
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Khardi, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Total : 3 years (Preferred)
