As our Front Office Associate, you are the face of our hotel and the first point of contact for our guests. You will set the tone for their entire stay by providing a warm, professional, and efficient arrival experience. The ideal candidate is naturally welcoming, highly organized, and capable of gracefully handling a fast-paced hospitality environment while ensuring every guest feels valued.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Reception: Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests upon arrival in a friendly and highly professional manner.
Check-In & Check-Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all guest details, payment methods, and special requests are accurately recorded.
Reservations & Inquiries: Handle phone, email, and walk-in reservations. Answer questions regarding hotel services, local attractions, transportation, and dining recommendations.
Billing & Payments: Process credit card, cash, and digital payments securely. Maintain accurate guest folios and balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
Problem Resolution: Listen to guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve them swiftly, escalating to management only when necessary to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Cross-Department Coordination: Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage teams to fulfill guest requests (e.g., extra towels, room repairs, late check-outs).
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a front desk role.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as DATAMAN.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Availability: Flexible schedule with the ability to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Traits: High emotional intelligence, patience, a problem-solving mindset, and a polished, professional appearance.
