Operational Execution: Lead the day-to-day operations on-site or within the project unit to ensure activities align with the project master schedule.
Resource Management: Direct the allocation of manpower, machinery, and materials. You must ensure that resources are available when needed and utilized without waste.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets technical specifications, blueprints, and internal quality benchmarks.
Schedule Management: Monitor project milestones daily. Identify potential delays early and implement "catch-up" plans to keep the project on track.
Budget & Cost Control: Monitor expenses against the project budget. Approve site-level expenditures and minimize overhead costs through efficient planning.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols and ensure all local regulatory permits are active.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for subcontractors, vendors, and clients during site visits or progress meetings.
