Job Title: Sales Telecalling Executive

To drive sales growth through effective telecalling, client engagement, and systematic data management. The role involves converting leads into customers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Telecalling & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain products/services.
- Handle inbound queries and provide detailed information.
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
- Sales Execution
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Assist in closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
- Support field sales team with telephonic coordination.
- Data Management
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel).
- Record call details, feedback, and sales progress.
- Generate daily/weekly sales reports for management.
- Sales Operations Support
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
- Track sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Provide insights based on customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling /sales preferred.
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
