Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Denials, Payment Posting, AR Management, insurance processes, and cash posting. Candidates with hands-on experience in US Healthcare RCM and a good understanding of denial management will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities for US Healthcare clients.
- Handle and resolve insurance and claim denials effectively.
- Execute daily payment posting batch reconciliation.
- Understand and process posting offsets, forward balances, and refunds/refund postings.
- Review denial and remark codes and assign AR appropriately.
- Understand and support the secondary billing process while performing cash posting.
- Review and interpret ERA and EOB documents.
- Maintain a good understanding of ERA codes, insurance types, balance billing, and Coordination of Benefits (COB).
- Ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of payments.
- Follow all company, departmental, legal, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
- Maintain accuracy and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding AR and payment-related issues.
