Job Summary:
Responsible for leading the Human Resources function, developing HR strategies, managing workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, and organizational development to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR operations and strategic HR initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and talent management
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements
- Drive performance management, training, and employee development programs
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting
- Support organizational growth, culture building, and employee engagement initiatives
- Advise management on HR strategies and workforce-related matters
- Lead and mentor the HR team
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
- Experience in industrial relations (IR) and statutory compliance
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred
- 10–15+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in manufacturing plants, factories, engineering, automotive, FMCG, or industrial organizations
- Strong exposure to Industrial Relations (IR), Factory Act compliance, labor law compliance, workforce planning, and employee engagement
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
