The resource proposed for this role must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Strong working proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data processing, transformation, and reporting
- Working knowledge of SAP; hands-on AVC or VC experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite
- Demonstrated experience with product master data setup in SAP (e.g. materials, characteristics, class assignments) — service item configuration experience is not sufficient
- Prior involvement in at least one SAP data migration project, covering data extraction, mapping, cleansing, and loading activities
In-Scope Activities
- Analysis and inventory of existing Store Wizard configuration master data
- Data mapping from Store Wizard structures to SAP S/4HANA AVC / VC objects
- Data cleansing and gap-filling prior to migration
- Product master data setup in SAP S/4HANA (materials, characteristics, class assignments, variant tables)
- Migration execution using SAP upload tools (LSMW, BAPI, or equivalent)
- Post-migration data validation and reconciliation against source
- Excel/Access tooling to support data tracking, status reporting, and error logging
- Support for SIT and UAT data-related queries and defect resolution
Out of Scope Activities
- SAP AVC/KMAT functional design and configuration
- SD/MM/PS functional configuration
- SAP CPI integration development
- ABAP or custom technical development
- Service item or service order master data
- Support for systems other than SAP S4/Store wizard
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
