Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telesales Executive (Converser) to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers through outbound calls, introducing company products or services, and generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers using provided data
- Present and promote products/services clearly and effectively
- Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team
- Handle objections professionally and maintain positive engagement
- Record call details and update CRM systems accurately
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage
