We are a leading child development center in Hyderabad, specializing in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, and other behavioral challenges. Our multidisciplinary team provides evidence-based therapies to foster positive behavioral changes and enhance developmental outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Behavioral Intervention: Implement individualized therapy plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to address communication, social, and adaptive skills.
- Assessment & Data Collection: Conduct assessments to identify behavioral issues and monitor progress through systematic data collection.
- Parent & Caregiver Training: Educate and support families in implementing strategies to reinforce positive behaviors at home.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with psychologists, speech therapists, and special educators to ensure integrated care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with center protocols.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Certification in ABA (e.g., RBT, BCaBA) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience working with children with developmental or behavioral challenges.
- Freshers with relevant academic background are also encouraged to apply.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in Telugu and/or Hindi is advantageous.
