GLOBDESTIN is a tourism representation company specializing in representing international destinations and DMCs in the Indian market.
We work closely with global partners across destinations such as Sri Lanka, Singapore, and the USA, helping them expand their presence in India through B2B sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify and generate leads for travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients
- Onboard new partners for selling represented destinations
- Develop strong B2B distribution network across India
Destination Representation
- Act as the India point of contact for international DMCs
- Promote destinations like Sri Lanka, Singapore & USA
- Conduct presentations, product training & awareness sessions
Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with travel partners
- Ensure repeat business and partner engagement
- Coordinate with overseas DMCs for smooth operations
Market Development
- Identify new cities, agents, and business opportunities
- Plan and execute sales strategies & promotional campaigns
- Represent GLOBDESTIN in trade shows / networking events
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–6 years in B2B travel sales / DMC sales / tourism representation
- Strong understanding of international destinations & travel trade ecosystem
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Experience in partner onboarding & account management
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools & lead generation strategies
- Existing network of travel agents is highly preferred
Pay: ₹9,904.50 - ₹40,320.35 per month
