We are looking for an experienced Sr. Fullstack Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development, with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and Nest.js. This role is ideal for someone who can lead development teams, make architecture decisions, and ensure high-quality project delivery while communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical depth, leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Node.js, React.js, and Nest.js
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers
- Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality development standards
- Architect backend and frontend systems for performance, scalability, and security
- Manage and coordinate development tasks across the team
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time
- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and technical estimations
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Ensure proper documentation of architecture, codebase, and development processes
- Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and management in English
