- Maintain patient records and clinic documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff for seamless patient flow.
- Handle patient inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
- Assist in billing, payment collection, and invoice generation.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatments, and feedback.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
