United By Cycling is looking for a smart, energetic and hands-on intern who wants exposure to multiple areas of running a modern retail and e-commerce business ar our Kochi office.
This is not a desk-only digital marketing internship. You will work across digital marketing, social media, content creation, e-commerce, store operations and day-to-day business activities.
If you're someone who enjoys learning new things, can switch between editing a Reel, updating a website and help in event planning this role could be a great fit.
What You'll Work On
- Assist with Instagram, google, YouTube and other digital marketing activities
- Shoot and edit short-form videos, Reels and basic product content
- Create simple social media creatives using AI
- Help upload and update products, pricing, inventory and content on our Shopify website
- Support cycling events, campaigns, product launches and promotional activities
- Research products, competitors and digital trends
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity, research and content workflows
- Take up other day-to-day operational tasks required in a growing business
Who We're Looking For
You don't need to be an expert at everything. We're looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable with AI and social meida
- Able to do basic video editing or willing to learn quickly
- Comfortable with Canva
- Comfortable interacting with customers
- Willing to work hands-on in a retail environment
- Curious, proactive and able to figure things out independently

Important
This is an on-site, hands-on role at United By Cycling in Kochi. Some days you'll be working on digital content; other days you may be helping with products, orders, inventory or an event.
We're looking for someone who enjoys that variety rather than someone looking for a narrowly defined desk job.
Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹4,001.00 per month
