Salary: 18k to 20k

It is the most preferred Hotel by the Corporate for accommodation of their delegates and by localities for the food served in the restaurant. Thane cities also love to organize all their Social function & other Events at this Venue which has various Banqueting Facilities which cater to all.
Job Description:
- Welcome and seat guests.
- Take orders and recommend menu items.
- Supervise waiters and stewards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely food service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
- Train junior staff and assign duties.
- Prepare and present bills, and help increase sales through upselling.
Skills required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Customer service and problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure.
