Key Responsibilities
- Handle all types of land and property-related litigation before courts, tribunals, and other judicial or quasi-judicial authorities.
- Conduct detailed legal due diligence and title verification for land and property transactions.
- Examine, analyze, and interpret land-related documents, including title deeds, sale deeds, conveyance deeds, lease deeds, revenue records, mutation records, and other relevant legal documents.
- Provide legal opinions on ownership, title, encumbrances, and legal risks associated with land and property.
- Advise on land acquisition, development projects, regulatory approvals, and statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with government departments and revenue authorities for land records, permissions, clearances, mutations, and other land-related matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, deeds, notices, petitions, replies, and other legal documentation relating to land and property.
- Represent the organization before government authorities, revenue offices, and other regulatory bodies in connection with land-related matters.
- Monitor legal developments in land laws and ensure compliance with applicable statutes and regulations.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university and enrolled with the Bar Council.
- Proven experience in handling land and property law matters.
- Strong knowledge of land revenue laws, property laws, registration laws, and applicable state and central regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in title investigation, legal due diligence, and land documentation.
- Ability to independently manage litigation and coordinate with external counsel where required.
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify legal risks in land transactions.
Preferred Skills
- Extensive experience dealing with revenue authorities and government departments.
- Ability to handle complex land disputes, title issues, and regulatory approvals.
- Sound understanding of land acquisition, development projects, zoning, and land use regulations.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a practical and commercially oriented approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
