Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that span multiple disciplines. You focus on integrating various components within the ecosystem to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle. Your responsibilities include executing continuous testing processes that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression scenarios. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively engage in reviewing code, tracking defects, and contributing to ongoing improvements in testing methodologies to ensure the overall quality of software products.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Monitor testing outcomes and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with complex testing scenarios.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in designing and implementing automated testing strategies for continuous integration environments.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and quality assurance best practices.
- Ability to create and maintain automated scripts for security, API, and regression testing.
- Familiarity with data and environment configuration to support testing activities.
- Experience in defect tracking, code review processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
