About Us: We are an early-stage fashion-tech startup bridging traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. We specialize in made-to-order clothing, crafted by our network of skilled tailors and embroidery workers in India, and sold primarily to the US and Canadian markets. We operate two main brands: organolinen.com (our sustainable clothing label) and fitsall.ai (our custom sizing software solution).
About the Role: You will be the voice of Organolinen! This role focuses on helping our US-based customers find their perfect fit and ensuring order details are flawless before production begins.
What You Will Do:
- Customer Support: Manage Live Chat and Email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Order Coordination: Assist customers with sizing queries and match their measurements to our order specs.
- Updates: Keep order statuses updated in our internal systems so the operations team can move quickly.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply! Empathy and a willingness to learn are key.
- Skills: Excellent written English and comfort using digital tools (Google Workspace, chat software).
- Attributes: A patient, helpful communication style and strong problem-solving abilities.
Schedule, Growth & Perks:
- Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST (or earlier shifts are possible). Some daily overlap with Pacific Time (PST) is required to sync with management.
- Growth: A guaranteed 10% salary increment every 6 months based on successful performance, plus access to monthly bonus pools.
- Flexibility: 100% in-office for the first 3 months for training. A hybrid work option may be available after 3 to 6 months.
Our Hiring Process:
- Assessment Task: A short, practical task to demonstrate your skills.
- Two Zoom Interviews: Conducted by our team in Canada. All interviews are scheduled in Pacific Time (PST), which translates to early mornings or later evenings in IST.
