To ensure availability of tooling’s, Jigs, gauges & ect.
Sample preparation and FA qualification
Continuous up-gradation of documents, in-case of change
required
Process Engineering
To ensure availability of process standards
To prepare Process Flow-Chart
To identify critical parameters
To prepare operator instruction and workmanship standards
To standardize tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges and tests
To fix the cycle time for all products
To conduct process capability study & FMEA
Communication
To ensure effective communication with Internal and External customers, pertaining to product development and process improvement
Continuous Improvement
To work on continuous improvement our product up-gradation, process improvement, value engineering etc. In line with the guidelines from the Management.
Other Assignments
As assigned by the Management from time to time
