We are seeking an experienced Draftsman with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural or engineering drafting. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, detailed plans, and high-quality documentation aligned with project specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and documentation (plans, elevations, sections, working drawings).
- Develop architectural and structural drawings based on design inputs and site data.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness.
- Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction details.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
- Maintain organized drawing records and version control.
- Support visualization teams with CAD-based detailing for realistic outputs.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and basic technical calculations where required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
