Role Overview:
Swasth Aahar Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to lead internal audit functions and support MIS & financial reporting at the corporate level. This position plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and compliance across business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits across plants and departments to identify risks, gaps, and process deviations.
- Lead timely preparation and analysis of monthly MIS, P&L statements, and management dashboards.
- Perform cost variance analysis, highlight operational inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
- Execute stock audits, vendor audits, and internal control checks across manufacturing and distribution units.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare audit reports, track audit observations, and ensure follow-up actions are closed.
- Assist in statutory and tax audits in collaboration with external auditors.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and internal financial controls in line with compliance requirements.
- Handle ad-hoc data analysis, management queries, and support decision-making with accurate insights.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of audit processes, P&L management, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Excel, ERP platforms (Tally/SAP/MS Dynamics), and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- High integrity, detail-oriented approach, and ability to handle confidential data responsibly.
- Experience in multi-location operations or plant audits is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹680,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
