Job Description: QC Engineer

Experience: 4 to 8 Years in stainless-steel pipes industry
Salary: (Depending on experience)
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Certification: NDT Level II (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection & Testing: Conduct rigorous raw material, in-process, and final inspections of stainless steel pipes, tubes, and fittings.
- NDT Testing: Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) utilizing Level II methodologies to identify material defects and ensure structural integrity.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to and implement strict quality control processes in alignment with industry standards and manufacturing guidelines.
- Documentation: Maintain precise and comprehensive records of inspection reports, NDT test results, and quality certificates.
- Defect Analysis: Identify deviations, investigate root causes of product failures or defects, and recommend effective corrective actions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 4–8 years of proven experience as a QC Engineer, preferably in the steel, piping, or heavy manufacturing industry.
- Certification: NDT Level II certification is strictly mandatory.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of quality standards (ASTM, ASME, etc.), proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, and a keen eye for technical detail.
Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹312,581.12 - ₹800,000.00 per year
