We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager to lead and manage the finance & Accounts function of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, financial planning, taxation, statutory compliance, cash flow management, debt management, audits, and financial reporting.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective financial management, maintaining strong internal controls, supporting strategic business decisions, and ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements across the Group Companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's cash flow, working capital, treasury operations, and banking relationships.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and day-to-day accounting operations.
- Manage and maintain the company's debt profile, including loans, borrowings, interest obligations, repayment schedules, and related documentation.
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial plans.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal, statutory, tax, and external audits.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance of Direct and Indirect Tax returns and other statutory/regulatory reports for Group Companies.
- Ensure proper reconciliation and compliance of Payroll, ESI, PF, Professional Tax, and other employee-related statutory payments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Establish, implement, and monitor internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide meaningful insights to management for business planning, investment decisions, cost optimization, and profitability improvement.
- Monitor project-wise and company-wide financial performance and identify areas for cost control and efficiency improvement.
- Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks, financial institutions, tax authorities, government departments, and other regulatory agencies.
- Review accounting records and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely closure of books of accounts.
- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate them.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Finance & Accounts team and ensure effective allocation of responsibilities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and timely availability of financial information.
- Support management in financial decision-making and other strategic finance initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of financial information and company records.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
