Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Medical Officer to oversee and manage day-to-day clinical operations, provide timely medical attention to patients, and coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate medical attention and stabilize patients during emergency and routine situations.
- Conduct patient assessments, take medical histories, and perform physical examinations.
- Initiate appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
- Monitor patients under care and respond to any medical emergencies during duty hours.
- Maintain clear and accurate medical records, documentation, and reports.
- Coordinate with specialists, nursing staff, and other departments for comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, procedures, and safety standards.
- Handle patient admissions, discharges, and transfers as per hospital protocols.
- Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and clinical audits.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- MBBS from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical registration(Mandatory) with the respective medical council.
- 2–3 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting .
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including day duties and night duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
