About the Role
JAES 108 is an emergency service where timely, accurate, and responsible communication is extremely important. We are looking for a Social Media Senior Executive who can independently manage our social media presence, create engaging content, increase audience engagement, and strengthen the overall digital presence of the brand.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, audience engagement, and digital marketing, along with the ability to communicate professionally during sensitive situations.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day activities across Instagram, Facebook,YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, videos, and other social media content.
- Ensure all content is timely, accurate, engaging, and aligned with the brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for relevant and creative content.
Audience Engagement & Communication
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and conversations across social platforms.
- Respond to audience queries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle negative comments and sensitive conversations with empathy, maturity, and appropriate communication.
- Identify negative or misleading conversations and escalate sensitive matters to the concerned team when required.
- As JAES 108 is an emergency service, create a healthy mix of positive, informative, awareness-based, and impact-driven content to strengthen public confidence and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
- Excellent content-writing and communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.
- Experience in handling social media communities and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage sensitive or negative comments professionally.

We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, digitally savvy, responsible, and confident in managing social media independently, with strong communication skills and the ability to represent an emergency-service brand professionally.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
