Job Title: Operator – Moulding Line
Location: Nellad, Kerala
Salary: ₹18,000/- per month (Gross)
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operator to manage our Moulding Line operations. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and continuous functioning of the production line while adhering to all statutory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the Moulding Line in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Maintain optimum steam pressure, temperature, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct routine checks, preventive maintenance, and safety inspections.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Support energy conservation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum educational qualification: 10th / ITI.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience as an Operator (Moulding Line).
- Strong understanding of equipment safety, statutory regulations, and maintenance practices.
Skills Required
- Technical knowledge of Moulding Line operations.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to safety and detail.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
