The Front Desk Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The role serves as the first point of contact for clients, customers, and visitors, representing the professional image of GO EC Autotech Pvt. Ltd.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, front office, or administrative roles preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Visitor Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Maintain the visitor register and coordinate visitor access.
- Inform concerned employees about visitor arrivals.
Telephone & Communication Management
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly.
- Take messages and relay information accurately.
- Handle general inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins.
Administrative Support
- Maintain office records, files, and documents.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments.
- Assist various departments with administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, letters, and parcels.
Office Coordination
- Monitor office supplies and raise purchase requests when required.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.
- Ensure the reception and common areas remain organized and presentable.
Customer Service
- Provide information regarding company products and services when required.
- Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
