We have recent job opening for the position of “ Transit Mixer Driver “for AB Dinesh Concrete India Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive and operate the transit mixer truck safely and efficiently.
· Transport ready-mix concrete from the batching plant to customer sites within the specified time.
· Ensure the concrete drum rotates continuously during transit to maintain concrete quality.
· Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including brakes, tyres, lights, oil, coolant, and hydraulic systems.
· Report any vehicle defects or breakdowns immediately to the Plant In-Charge.
· Position the mixer truck correctly for loading and unloading operations.
· Clean the mixer drum, chutes, hopper, and truck after every delivery to prevent concrete hardening.
· Maintain delivery challans, trip sheets, logbooks, fuel records, and vehicle inspection reports.
· Coordinate with the dispatch team, plant operator, QC team, and site personnel for timely deliveries.
· Follow all road safety rules, company policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10th Pass (preferred).
Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving Licence.
Knowledge of traffic rules and safe driving practices.
Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience driving heavy commercial vehicles.
Experience operating Transit Mixer Trucks in the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) industry is preferred.
Salary-CTC- 22000

· Ability to work under pressure and flexible working hours.
Physical Requirements:
· Physically fit to perform loading, unloading, and cleaning activities.
· Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts as required.
· Drivers are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol or any intoxicating substance .
