Quality
- Incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- Identify, document, and report any non-conformities or defects.
- Maintain inspection records, reports, and rejection logs
- Support the production team in identifying and resolving quality-related issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality checklists.
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies and safety standards.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Participate in regular training and audits related to quality control.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Education: Diploma / B.E -preferably in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial disciplines
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring instruments.
- Understanding of ISO standards and quality documentation.
- Basic GD&T Knowledge
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Time management and reporting accuracy.
