About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates to join our EdTech team as Sales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward suitable educational programs. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about sales, communication, and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective students through calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Explain course details, program benefits, and career opportunities
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into enrollments
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM/software
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
Requirements
- Any Graduate (Life Science, Engineering, Management, or related fields preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the sales domain
- Comfortable with target-based work environment
- Knowledge of English and regional languages is an added advantage
