Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning, achieving sales targets, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities
- Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability
- Supervise and guide store staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues
- Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, and stock control
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cash management and billing processes
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
